If you read my post Scrumptious Pumpkin Muffins then you know I love everything pumpkin.  I recently found this post from A Rented Kitchen for Pumpkin French Toast (Pumpkin French Toast Bake) that looks too delicious to pass up and I decided to pass it along to you all to enjoy, too!

I think I will make this for Christmas morning for my husband.  He was born on December 25 and I am always on the lookout for something special for his Christmas morning breakfast – this year, this is it!
